he wants me to let him know when we hang out in a group,

when we do things that are interesting.

he has been looking for a group, for people who do things other than drink and party.

so strange,
we've been in each others' lives since the very first semester of college, and yet a year and a half into our time here, we are finally speaking. like normal people. not through "cryptic artist language."

we had our first conversation tonight, our first real one. that involved an equal amount of talking between its participants.

i guess i have to call him now.
think of something exciting to do,
rise to the occasion.

i think we're friends (now).
i think that's the case.
